2025 Rental Rates
- From July 19th to August 31st: €3,000 per week
- From June 7 to 30 and September: €2,500 per week
- Discounted rate for bookings of 2 weeks or more
- Tourist tax not included
- Bed linen provided
- 30% deposit on booking
Payment of the balance no later than 14 days before the arrival date - Deposit: 1.500 € required on arrival.
The tenant may be held responsible for damages caused during his stay. - Cleaning: 180 €
